Shipping & Delivery

All orders from Sharbeautystore are shipped via PostNL.

• Orders placed on business days (Mon–Fri) before 5 PM will be shipped the same day.
• Delivery times:
  • Netherlands & Belgium: approx. 2 business days
  • Worldwide: approx. 5 business days

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Returns & Refunds

• Returns are possible within 14 working days. You will receive a return label via email.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Sale items cannot be returned.
• If the returned product is received in good condition and undamaged, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
