shipping and delivery

Delivery to sharbeautystore is with PostNL.                                                                                                                                                                                 

Ordered on working days (Mon-Fri) before 5 pm, we will ship your order the same day via PostNL.

the delivery person will visit you in 2 days if you are located in (the netherlands/belgium)  and 5 days worldwide shipping.  When the order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number, with which you can track your order.,

returns are possible within 14 working days, you will receive a return label via email.

In the case of returns, the costs are for the customer himself. items in the sale cannot be returned. If we have received the product in a good condition and undamaged, you will receive the amount back within 7 working days.
